  • What types of auto parts do you sell?

    We offer a wide range of used, rebuilt, new, and aftermarket auto parts, specializing in late-model salvage (2010 and newer). We also stock parts for trucks, SUVs, and cars from the 90s and newer, particularly if they have low mileage or are rust-free.

  • Do you specialize in specific makes or models?

    While our focus is on late-model vehicles (2010 and newer), we inventory and stock a large variety of parts for trucks, SUVs, and cars from the 90s and newer. Don't hesitate to reach out, as we may have what you need.

  • Do you pull the parts, or do customers have to do it?

    We handle all parts pulling. Due to insurance regulations and liability, only licensed Wally's Auto staff can pull parts from our yard. This is not a "you-pull-it" facility.

  • What items do you purchase?

    We purchase cars, trucks, vans, buses, farm equipment, steel, aluminum wheels, steel wheels, batteries, catalytic converters, aluminum, copper, brass, lead, cast iron, and used oil (provided it’s in a clear container). Anything & Everything Metal you're looking to eliminate is METAL. Delete this part "We are willing to buy items that dealers typically won’t."

  • Do you offer warranties on your parts?

    Yes, most of our parts come with a standard 30-day warranty. However, no warranties exist on electrical parts, glass, or body parts. All sheet metal, electrical parts, cuts, glass, and body parts are sold as-is.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are open for parts sales Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Our towing services operate extended hours and may be available on Saturdays with advance scheduling. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

  • Do you offer vehicle pick-up services?

    Yes, we provide vehicle pick-up services across 13 counties in Wisconsin. We pay you on the spot and offer bonus cash if you deliver the vehicle to us.

  • Can I request dumpsters or containers?

    Absolutely! We provide dumpsters and containers. You can request them via a form on our website or by calling us directly.

  • Do you ship parts?

    Yes, we ship parts nationwide using various carriers including Speedee Delivery, UPS, FedEx, USPS, R & L, Central Transport, Dayton Freight, and more. Shipping options depend on the part and the destination.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), and checks (businesses only WITH prior approval). Please be advised that ALL CARD payments incur a 3.99% processing fee charged by the payment processor.

  • Is there a sales tax on parts?

    Yes, the sales tax for parts is 5.5%, including state and Dodge County taxes in Wisconsin.

  • Do you offer extended hours for part pick-up?

    We can arrange for parts to be placed outside our gate for after-hours pick-up, providing the part is invoiced and paid for in advance. This service requires prior arrangement, and the maximum weight for parts left outside is 50 lbs.

  • How long do I have to return the "core" for a refund?

    You have 30 days to return the "core" and receive your deposit refund. Please ensure you have the original receipt when returning the core, as no refunds will be given after 30 days.
